It’s The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year!
Nope, not Christmas yet. But close enough. We’re talking about the feast of Thanksgiving. For some people, it’s a long-awaited reunion to gather around and have that yearly talk with your uncle. For others, this cooking marathon is a never-ending competition of showing what family members can prepare and surprise each other.
That’s why DoFasting invites you to a group fast before the celebration that definitely none of us is going to miss. 16/8 for 7 days. How about that? If you were looking for a sign to start fasting this might be it. To ping your memory or enlighten you, the 16/8 method is the most common and easiest one in the world of intermittent fasting. You simply stop eating right after dinner, let’s say 7 PM, and fast for 16 upcoming hours, meaning, you’re going to have a full brunch somewhere around noon. Sounds quite easy and doable, right?
Benefits
Why 16/8? This challenge and this method will improve your well-being, implement healthy habits, will help you find a balanced eating regimen, and even lose a few kilos.
