If you could talk to the healthiest people on Earth, what would you ask them? Would you try to learn from them?

Have you ever heard of the “Blue Zones”?

The “Blue zones” are the places on Earth where longevity is the highest. They have the highest amount of people that live to be 100 years old.

People who live in a Blue Zone not only live a long life, they are also healthy while they outlive us all…

We all try our best to do the right thing and live a healthy lifestyle… Although many people only try a little!

One thing for sure, the people in the Blue Zones are trying a lot more than us!

They must know something we don’t…

Scientists say that people living in the Blue zones do a lot of small things on top of eating healthy food.

  • They move a lot…
  • They take time to relax…
  • Their social circles also live and eat healthily…

When it comes to their diet:

  • They eat mostly plants (especially beans).
  • They eat very little meat (if they eat any).
  • Their last meal of the day is the smallest and is eaten late in the afternoon or early evening.
  • They stop eating when their stomachs are 80% full.
